Mounting Position

Heckler Room Scheduler Mount for iPad mini 6th and 7th Generation creates a dedicated room scheduling panel, purpose-built for mullion-mounted installations outside conference rooms and shared workspaces.

Available in two configurations — Side Mount (H659) for glass set back from the mullion face, and Front Mount (H657) for flush glass — the powdercoated steel enclosure accommodates both common architectural conditions. A secure internal compartment houses a PoE adapter (sold separately), eliminating the need for a dedicated power outlet at each installation point. Side Mount offers an additional 10-degree upward viewing angle option for installations where vertical mounting is not preferred.

The compact form factor of iPad mini keeps the overall installation footprint small while maintaining full scheduling functionality. Cable routing stays concealed, and the backside presents a clean, finished appearance visible from inside the meeting room.

Designed and manufactured in Phoenix, Arizona. TAA compliant. When mounted within 48 inches above the finished floor, Room Scheduler Mount supports ADA-compliant installations — suitable for enterprise, education, healthcare, and government deployments.

Side mount or front mount.

Room Scheduler Mount for iPad mini ships in two mullion-mounting configurations. Side Mount (H659) positions iPad mini on the face of the mullion when glass panels are set back from the front edge. Front Mount (H657) positions iPad mini directly against the mullion when glass sits flush. Both share the same steel enclosure, PoE compartment, and cable routing — the difference is the bracket geometry.

Left-of-door or right-of-door.

The mounting bracket is symmetrical, allowing installation on either side of a doorway without ordering a different SKU. This simplifies procurement for large deployments where meeting room layouts vary from floor to floor.

Straightforward installation.

The fully-welded mounting pocket fastens directly to the mullion with included hardware. The screw pattern matches previous-generation Heckler Scheduler Mounts, enabling in-place upgrades without new mullion holes. A secure internal compartment accepts a PoE adapter (sold separately) for single-cable power and data delivery.

Refined from both sides.

Room Scheduler Mount presents a finished, hardware-free appearance from inside the meeting room — critical for glass-walled spaces where both sides of the installation are visible. Mounting screws and cable paths stay fully concealed.

Angle selectable.

Side Mount (H659) supports two installation orientations: vertical (portrait) and a 10-degree upward tilt. The tilted position improves screen visibility for ADA-height installations where the display center sits below typical eye level.

PoE adapter compartment.

A secure internal compartment houses a PoE adapter (sold separately), eliminating the need for a dedicated power outlet at each installation. The compartment accepts adapters up to 5 x 3 x 1 inches. Metal walls surrounding the compartment dissipate heat from both the power adapter and iPad mini, supporting continuous 24/7 operation.
